Shipping and Returns

ORDERS

Orders will generally be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed- unless otherwise noted, excluding weekends or holidays, or if the product is backordered. We generally have all items listed in stock and ready to ship, however once in a while there will be a short backorder while we're waiting for another shipment of an item that we ran out of stock of. In which case you will be notified of the backorder.

Orders will be return addressed to River Valley Farm or RVF.

Credit Card Charges at RVF Garden Supply will show up as River Valley Farm Garden on your statement.

MAIL ORDERS

We do accept personal checks and money orders by mail. Checks are held for 10 days to clear before your items will be shipped. To place a mail order, use the shopping cart to make your selections. Continue through the checkout process until you reach the payment method drop-down menu. Choose the payment by mail then continue to your printable order form.

FREE Shipping on All Orders Over $250!  Excludes AK, HI & PR.

We ship via U.P.S. and FedEx. Large items may be shipped via FedEx Freight due to UPS size/weight limitations. Many large, light items (rockwool, etc.) when shipped via U.P.S. Air Services (Three Day, Second Day and Overnight) are charged by 'Dimensional Weight'. Do to this, we reserve the right to amend the shopping cart calculated shipping charges to actual charges. We will notify you if this situation occurs. It does not affect U.P.S. Ground Charges.

RETURNS

Most items have a 30 day money back guarantee with receipt. Items must be new and unused in the original box, original packaging and all original papers and instructions must be included.

You must call for a RMA number before you send anything back to us, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Up to a 50% restocking fee may be applied to any items returned without a RMA number or items that are not in new condition or without original packaging. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Nutrients, pest controls, charcoal filters, any liquids, and some bulbs are non-refundable. Any items that are special order are also non refundable. Special order items will be clearly marked when ordering.
